From furniture connected to the Internet of Things (IoT), from lab systems to safety monitoring, our growing team of industry professionals, industry-specific experience, e-commerce capabilities and supply-chain management services to enable our clients to procure and manage a broad mix of products supplied by SDVOSB Laboratory, third-party partners, and original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s).
The SDVOSB 4-Pillars as a Foundation for Laboratory Implementation are:

-
Safety & Security - Lab safety is a top priority in today's world - physical, equipment, data and personnel security. The secure, eLab, safe, disinfected and tested for proper operation and pathogens is a safer environment for the staff, researchers, patients and the world.
-
Facilities - Many laboratories are outdated, and some are unable to meet the needs of their stated programs or require up-to-date tools for people to complete their work in service.
-
Equipment - Laboratories should support scientists by facilitating the integration of scientific equipment and establishing collaborative procurement opportunities, which will give greater access to cutting-edge solutions.
-
Information Technology - We have years of experience with advanced technology in the laboratory environment - collaboration, data, communications, analysis. In the built environment, the cyber technology needs of the community, and recognition of the critical importance of IT, is a cornerstone of the SDVOSB approach to assisting laboratories succeed.
Our strength is in scalable science furniture, facilities, equipment and instruments in research laboratories, vivariums, tech and computer labs, cadaver, morgues, military and R&D facilities. For over 30 years, our key staff has partnered with world-class lab designers, architects, and manufacturing companies to provide our customers with a fully-vetted suite of quality products. Our equipment specialists receive in-depth training on products and applications so that we are able to seamlessly consult with our customers on product selection and configuration, coordination of delivery and site preparation, and training.

Across laboratory communities, people are planning a digital transformation to execute key technology strategies to create the digitally-enabled laboratory of the future. Our philosophy is to “reimagine” the laboratory, not “repackage” it with a digital veil. Rather than just digitize old analog processes from the last Century, we reimagine the laboratory utilizing advanced technology in automation, visualization, virtual reality, supply chain, and informatics. Our vision is for a completely connected lab environment. We integrate the instrumentation, the people and the virtual reality. It is not just one "demon tweak" technology; it is integrated, culminating in an immersive lab experience.
