Where SDVOSB Construction Has Worked

This page lists institutions that SDVOSB Materials Technology & Supply LLC has delivered projects for. It is deliberately short on narrative. Each entry is a customer name the company can stand behind, grouped by the kind of institution it is.

What you will not find here is dollar value, period of performance, or a claim about what role the company held on any given project. Scope appears only where the owner has confirmed it. The rest is confirmed project by project, in writing, on request, and only to the extent the contract record supports. A contracting officer or a prime's small business liaison officer should ask rather than infer.

What the Work Looks Like

Across these customers the pattern is consistent: furnishing, equipping and fitting out institutional buildings, often while the building is still an active construction site. Systems furniture and workstation runs. Laboratory casework and benching. Detention furniture, including anti-ligature beds, fixed stools and dayroom seating. Auditorium and cafeteria seating, lockers, clinical and simulation equipment, console furniture, and access control and building automation panels. Alongside that: modular and mobile laboratory and imaging units, and the heavy logistics that moving any of it to a secure or remote site requires.

The photographs on this page are project photographs supplied by the company. They are published as evidence of the sectors and the type of work, not as a claim about contract role on any specific project.

What the division delivers, and the separate question of which NAICS codes it is registered under, are both covered on the construction services page. The division overview sits on the construction hub.

What This Page Does Not Claim

Named customers on a vendor website are easy to misread, so to be explicit: nothing above asserts that this company was the construction prime on any of these projects. Role varies, and it matters. A materials supply subcontract, an installation subcontract and a construction subcontract carry different clauses. The role held on each project is stated individually, on request, rather than generalized here.

Nor does the list imply a current or ongoing contract with any institution named, or any endorsement by them. These are past customers, named as a record of where the company has worked.

Past Performance Questions

Was SDVOSB Materials the prime contractor on these projects?

That is not claimed on this page, in either direction. Role differs by project and is confirmed in writing on request. If a solicitation requires past performance in a specific role, ask before relying on any of these references.

Why are there no contract values or dates here?

Because a value or a date published without the contract behind it is a number a buyer cannot check. Ask about a specific project and we will tell you what the contract record supports for it.

Can these references be used in a responsibility determination?

Not on their own. A customer name supports a capability narrative; a responsibility determination needs the role, the period and the value, and those are confirmed project by project on request rather than published here.

Do the registered construction NAICS codes mean you self-perform construction trades?

No, and the distinction is kept deliberately on these pages. Registration makes the company solicitable in those categories. What it delivers is construction materials supply and the furnishing, equipping and fit-out of institutional buildings, frequently performed inside an active construction site. Where a requirement sits inside a registered category but outside what we perform directly, we say so in writing before quoting.

Which of the company's small business categories are third-party certified?

SDVOSB, VOSB and HUBZone are certified by SBA and appear on the SBA Small Business Search profile. Small Disadvantaged Business is a self-certified representation in SAM.gov. Small Business status follows from the applicable size standard for the NAICS code in question.

How to Get Reference Detail

For a proposal, a subcontracting plan, or a responsibility determination, ask about a specific reference on this page. We will tell you what the contract record supports for that project, and we will say so plainly where a detail is not confirmed. No past-performance package is published, and nothing on this page should be read as an offer of one.

Reach the division through the SDVOSB Construction contact page, email info@SDVOSBmaterials.com, or call (917) 216-9400. For anything outside construction, use the main contact page.

Verify Our Standing Independently

None of the following requires taking the company's word for it. SDVOSB Materials Technology & Supply LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified under SBA's program and a certified HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) small business. The full credential list is on the SBA Small Business Search profile.

Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) status is a self-certified representation in SAM.gov and is not vetted by SBA. That is stated plainly because primes claim small business subcontracting credit from these representations and need to know which are third-party certified and which are self-certified. SDVOSB and HUBZone are SBA-certified, as is the company's Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) status.

The company is eligible for SDVOSB and HUBZone set-asides. It does not hold its own GSA Schedule or Multiple Award Schedule contract. It holds TIPS contract 230701, which is an Indoor Air Quality Equipment and Services vehicle and not a route to construction work.
